MGM Grand at Foxwoods - Front Desk Agent

Wage: $9.88 per hour

Job Description: Responsible for providing courteous front desk services to guests. Must possess a high level of interpersonal and customer relation skills necessary to ensure total guest satisfaction. Must also possess basic math skills necessary to accurately calculate and process guest payments.

Prior high-volume customer service experience and a minimum education of High School Diploma (or equivalent) required or an equivalent combination of both.

Note: All positions have an average of 35 hours of work per week. You must have the ability to work any shift during any portion of a 24-hour day or be flexible with the work schedule. Most positions may require you to be 21 years of age and may be in a smoke-filled environment with a moderate amount of noise.
